Congratulations to Richard Shymansky Photography, who has achieved another winning image in the Baby of the Month competition!
His entry of baby Anavia proved popular with our Mum and Sponsor judging panels in our latest competition. Anavia will soon receive a £50 Boots voucher and be part of the 2026 Baby of the Year competition, where she could win £2000!
Richard’s studio is based in Maidenhead where he captures family, baby and pet photography with his wife Zoe. Before establishing their current studio, Richard previously owned and operated Hills & Saunders; a historic photographic studio originally established in 1852 that famously documented generations of Eton College students, as well as two high street studios in Eton and Knightsbridge.
With over 40 years of experience, Richard’s commitment to excellence has helped establish the business as a respected name in portrait photography.

The studio offers ample free parking and is located in Dorney Reach, between Maidenhead and Windsor. The location is close to several well-known attractions and scenic spots including Windsor Castle, Ockwells Park and Braywick Nature Centre, so there’s lots of family friendly activities to enjoy after your photography experience.

Richard was amazing from the get go! He made us feel so relaxed and made the whole thing a really fun experience. He was so lovely with our young baby, there were plenty of smiles and giggles! We would definitely go again!
